Pidue automatic dough sheeter with double vat held in showroom for display (never used).

The Automatic Sheeter Monferrina Pidue parts in contact with the dough are made of stainless steel and the machine has an external structure in anodized aluminum, a safety button and an ignition light that comply with current safety regulations.

Note: Lineapasta supplies together with the machines and only to its customers, a user, maintenance and installation manual in paper and digital format with also a pasta recipe book, to be used with our professional machines.

OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES:

Pasta sheet cutter (1 mould included): the automatic pastry cutter produces long pasta in different formats by inserting special drawer cuts. The cut in length is adjustable thanks to a timer. Available sizes: mm 2, 4, 6, 8, 12, 24 and festooned cuts.

Ravioli 170mm group: The ravioli group has a fixed mould integrated in the machine that allows you to prepare perfect double-sheet ravioli. Once you have chosen the production format (mm 20X20, 34x40, 40x50, 70x70x70), this cannot be changed without purchasing a new Ravioli Group.

Multipasta: thanks to the interchangeable moulds, it allows the production of double-sheet ravioli and tagliatelle, as well as potato gnocchi in different formats. It allows you to adjust the amount of filling of ravioli and the thickness of the dough for tagliatelle.

Gnocchi group: it produces gnocchi either made with fresh potatoes or different flours in different formats, also with additional ingredients such as tomatoes or spinach.

The fitting of the accessories is simple and practical. Some groups can also be used on other machines of our production.
