Combined press for extruded pasta and ravioli PA55R
Description
The combined press for extruded pasta and ravioli PA55R is a machine for the production of extruded and filled fresh pasta complete with double kneading vat and second tilting vat that allows a continuous production of short pasta, long pasta, pasta sheet and ravioli. The press is equipped with a fan that allows pre-drying of the pasta, it also has an independent external motorization. The press is also equipped with an electronic cutter to adjust the length of the pasta cut. This machine is complete with ravioli machine for the production of double sheet ravioli using interchangeable molds consisting of 4 forming and cutting rollers, scraping knives, gears and filling dispenser, with the possibility of easily adjusting the thickness of the sheet and the quantity of the filling by means of a knob. The combined PA55R is also equipped with an atomatic roller for the production of pasta sheet rolls that will be used to feed the ravioli machine. The PA55R is built entirely in stainless steel and the parts are removable for easy cleaning. The structure is wheeled to allow easy movement. It is equipped with an electrical panel and control panel that reflects the safety directives according to the current EEC standards.
