The PS 40DV double vat fresh pasta machine is a machine for the production of fresh pasta suitable for semi-industrial productions, consisting of an 8 kg capacity kneading vat and a 10 kg vat that kneads and extrudes. The double vat allows you to extrude while you are already kneading the dough for the next production, in this way once the extrusion vat is almost empty, you just need to pour the ready-made dough from the kneading vat to the extrusion vat in order to restart immediately the production. The PS 40DV has a production of 40 kg/h, and thanks to the water cooling system that keeps the temperature of the extrusion cylinder low, it is possible to extrude for many consecutive hours without having to stop to wait for it to cool. The PS 40DV pasta machine is built entirely in stainless steel, and it is mounted on swivel wheels and locking feet. The machine is equipped with a touch screen control system with the ability to load and customize recipes according to your production needs, customizing the extrusion speed, the knife speed and the temperature of the extrusion cylinder.

Please note that the electronic pasta cutter for short pasta cannot be used on some dies: special shapes that require a clean cut with the scraper or shapes that have a central extrusion insert.
