The PastajetEVO is a professional countertop machine for producing fresh pasta ideal for medium and large restaurants, and small workshops. This pasta machine extracts the dough quickly and automatically thanks to its spiral planetary system. The doughs can be made with any type of flour with or without eggs, gluten free and special flours in different formats, choosing from the wide selection of bronze dies available.

The die body is in nickel bronze.
It is equipped with a ventilated motor that ensures constant and continuous production.
The mixing tank is equipped with a stainless steel screw and it can contain up to 4.2 kg of dough (liquids + solids).
The machine is designed to allow easy cleaning of the tub and spiral that can be easily removed.
The machine can optionally mount a cutter motor with speed variator
Model built according to national and international accident prevention regulations.

Lineapasta provides, together with the machines and only to its customers, a user guide together with a pasta recipe book in paper format, to be used with our professional machines, created by our pasta technician.
