Our initial run had an issue as I believe ingredients should be briefly mixed before being placed in the extruder tank, otherwise dry flour sits in the auger channel and does not get blended with liquid causing things to clog. Once things started moving, the quality of extrusion was fantastic - electric knife timing will take some practice.

Good machine... you MUST have correct semola rimacinata as normal semola is too coarse. Only 1 problem is the max speed automatic rotating knife that is too slow... shell shaped pasta does not come out right because it points towards shaft of the knife, the pasta touches the shaft and shape gets misformed

I purchased the La Fattorina for my wife as an anniversary gift, it's the perfect size for serving 4 to 8 people at home. The quality of the La Fattorina is very high, it is clearly commercial-grade quality in a small (but heavy!) package for home use. Lineapasta replied to my email inquiry very quickly, and the shipment arrived to me in Canada from Italy in 3 business days. The machine was very well packaged to prevent damage. The Manual is written by lawyers to comply with regulations and how to protect yourself, it has NOTHING about how to use it and even there is no list of what the various parts do. You have to figure it out on your own. I am very happy with product.

The electric version is a must buy because it makes it easier to use than the manual winding especially if you have a modern kitchen. Very robust pasta machine. It would be nice to include a brush to clean off the remaining dough and flour on the machine. Will slowly start buying the other pasta forms!

The machine purchased is a good product but if it had had some more information, such as the non-removable vat, I would have thought of comparing the higher level one. However, for what we have to do it's fine. There are only some dies like orecchiette and strozzapreti that are not really correct as descriptions of pasta, the pasta that comes out is different!

Great machine, even if the foam packaging was not so great, so many little pices of foam fell apart into the motor unit took hours to clean it all out. The tool for removing die should not be painted as the paint falls off from tool, its better to keep it unpainted in stainless steel. Otherwise its a great product.

The pasta machine was shipped very quickly and arrived from Padua to the USA in about a week with great communication from the export agents Elena and Alice. We love the machine and making fresh pasta. The hopper lid creates a lot vibration noise and could benefit from a rubber lip to dampen the noise. I have ordered a total of 9 dies from Lineapasta which are offered at the best prices for these quality Italian brass components. The metal structure of the machine is built to withstand many years of use and is easy to clean. Great product and service. Thank you.

Hello! I’ve had a stress-free experience with the purchase as well use of the machine. My only suggestion would be to include some sort of cleaning tools and tips for it. I’ve figured it out now, but when it has just arrived, I was a bit afraid to do something wrong to damage it. Some videos for maintenance and use and cleaning tools would be a great addition! But thank you either way for my wonderful extruder!

Unfortunately when you make the 2 kg dough, often it pushs the lid up and the machine stops because of the safety switch. We solved the problem with a weight on top of it, could be useful a kind of lock to block the lid during the process

The packaging used for transportation is absolutely inadequate. In particular, a polystyrene was used which crumbled and entered all the empty spaces of the machine, including the engine, and was difficult to eliminate.

We haven't tried the product yet.
Lineapasta Staff: we checked, the pallet was fumigated. Probably at customs they have not seen the stamping on the pallet.

This pasta machine is excellent and is working well for my small wholesale pasta business. Lineapasta communicated well and promptly at all stages of the transaction and shipping was quick. However, you need to be aware that this is 3 phase machine, so it will require a phase converter or renting an industrial space that already has 3 phase service. Also, the socket for the 5 prong Schneider plug can only be obtained by ordering online from Germany. I really wish Lineapasta would just include it with the machine.

Lineapasta was great to work with, Quick responses to the many questions I had about purchasing a unit from overseas and they even asked me questions to make sure there was perfect clarity with the order. I saved money and got exactly what I wanted. The P3 Pasta extruder came in great shape with all parts as ordered and was packed perfectly. The only thing to expect from a US stand point is that the shipping company will send you a form upon arrival in the US and you will have to pay an import tax (relatively low really) that was simply billed through fed ex after delivery. Super efficient and great price for a great machine that is already paid for itself after one month! Great work! Thank you!

I was initially a bit hesitant to order this extruder from another country, but in the end my concerns were unfounded. Nicola was a pleasure to do business with and my machine arrived safe and sound within a few weeks. I will absolutely do business with Lineapasta in the future.

I am very thankful to Lineapasta team for the high quality service and their support before and after my purchase. A special thanks to Nicola who was very patient not only with billing issues and tchnical support but even to provide the recip handbook! I am very happy for having choose this supplier and I highly recommend it. Moreover, selling prices offered by Lineapasta for the Montferrina machines are highly competitive and the export service to foreign countries was also efficient ! I keep Lineapasta in mind for my furture purchases when I will change my P3 for a P6 or P12. I can't take a chance to change Lineapasta by another supplier simply because I had a full satisfaction ! Thank you LINEAPASTA !

The QoS is impeccable. I could also order extra moulds without problems. The pasta produced by the machine does not quite achieve the quality of bought pasta. It is not as stable and it tends to stick together to the point where you get a big pasta "ball". Cooking with a lot of water, helps. Also adding the pasta to the sauce just before you serve is a good way to prevent this.
Also fusilli for example are not as twisted as I was hoping and the maccheroni often split in the middle. This might be because I do not have enough experience yet.
For those of you who read this, I am a pure hobbyist with no experience in pasta making using extruders. I can't compare my results to other pasta makers (neither using the same or another machine).

La qualité du service est impeccable. J'ai commandé des moules supplémentaires sans problèmes. Les pâtes produites par la machine n'atteignent pas la qualité des pâtes fraîches achetées. Ce ne sont pas aussi stables et elles ont tendance à se coller ensemble au point où vous obtenez une grande "boule". Pétrir avec beaucoup d'eau, aide. De plus, ajoutant également les pâtes à la sauce juste avant de servir est une bonne façon d'éviter cela.
Les fusilli par exemple ne sont pas aussi tordues que j'espérais et les macaroni souvent se cassent à la moitié. Cela pourrait être parce que je n'ai pas assez d'expérience encore.
Pour ceux d'entre vous qui lisent ceci, je suis un pur amateur avec aucune expérience dans la fabrication de pâtes en utilisant des extrudeuses. Je ne peux pas comparer mes résultats à d'autres fabricants de pâtes (ni en utilisant la même ou une autre machine).
